Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShareAvailability.com ("ShareAvailability", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ShareAvailability.com is operated by Han Global LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ShareAvailability, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Description of Service

ShareAvailability provides a tool that allows users to connect their calendar and generate a plain-text availability message. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use ShareAvailability only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Ensure you have the right to connect and access any calendar you authorize
Not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service
Not use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Maintain the security of your Google account credentials

Prohibited uses:

Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempting to access calendars you do not have permission to access
Using the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
Collecting or harvesting information about other users
Impersonating any person or entity

Calendar Access

When you connect Google Calendar, you grant ShareAvailability read-only access to your calendar data for the sole purpose of generating availability. ShareAvailability does not create, edit, or delete calendar events.

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your calendar or through your Google account settings.

No Guarantees

ShareAvailability makes no guarantees regarding:

Accuracy of availability calculations
Continuous availability of the service
Compatibility with all devices or calendars

Use of the generated availability is at your own discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

ShareAvailability is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of availability calculations

You acknowledge that you use ShareAvailability at your own risk and discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Han Global LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
Damages resulting from errors or omissions in availability calculations
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of your calendar data

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is currently $0, as the service is free).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Han Global LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (1) your use of ShareAvailability, (2) your violation of these Terms, (3) your violation of any third-party rights, or (4) your connection of calendars you do not have permission to access.

Intellectual Property

ShareAvailability and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Han Global LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The availability text generated by ShareAvailability is yours to use as you see fit. You retain all rights to your calendar data.

Service Availability

ShareAvailability is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Unauthorized access to calendars
Discontinuation of the service

You may stop using the service and disconnect your calendar at any time. Upon termination:

Your access to ShareAvailability will be immediately revoked
All access tokens will be deleted
You will no longer be able to use the service

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to: Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or through a notice on the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Third-party services

ShareAvailability integrates with Google Calendar API and Google OAuth 2.0. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party services. Any issues with Google Calendar or Google OAuth should be directed to Google.

Dispute resolution

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at rohanhirani@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or ShareAvailability shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ShareAvailability shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, or through arbitration as described above.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Han Global LLC regarding your use of ShareAvailability and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
