Frequently asked questions
How many time zones can I compare?
Between two and five. That covers most 1:1s and small group calls. Larger groups are usually better served by a poll.
Does this check my Google Calendar?
No. It only computes overlapping working hours by time zone. Sign in to ShareAvailability when you want real free/busy from your calendar.
How are daylight saving changes handled?
Overlaps are computed with IANA zones for the date you select, so spring-forward and fall-back days use the correct local offsets.
What if there is no overlap?
The tool says so clearly. Try widening working hours, picking another weekday, or accepting an early/late slot for one participant.
